Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a new challenge? Aspire People is recruiting for School Administrators to work in local Primary, SEND and Secondary Schools.

The role requires previous school administration experience, proficiency in SIMS and/or Arbor, and willingness to work on a temporary basis during school hours (8:00a. m.–4:30p. m.).

Full‑time and part‑time positions are available throughout the school year, with varying contract lengths.

A permanent contract may be possible, but it is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

  • Inputting details onto SIMS/Arbor
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Typing letters and memos
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Dealing with parents and pupils

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants must have a DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to pay £56.49 for a new one.

Successful candidates will also be required to fully register with us, including providing right‑to‑work documents and completing an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS.
