Aspire People are looking for caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work within primary schools. You don't need a formal Teaching Assistant qualification to be considered. We're looking for individuals with transferable experience working with children who are passionate about supporting learning and child development. Whether you've worked within a UK primary school, as a tutor, youth worker, sports coach, nursery practitioner, childcare professional, mentor, or in another child-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom and during learning activities
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support where needed
- Helping children build confidence and independence
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs where appropriate
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Working closely with teachers and wider school staff
We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience In:
- UK primary schools
- Tutoring or intervention work
- Youth work or mentoring
- Sports coaching
- Childcare or nursery settings
- Holiday clubs, after-school clubs, or similar child-focused environments
