Learning Support Assistant

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant? Do you have experience working with children who need extra support? I'm recruiting for a LSA in Leicester, to work within a mainstream primary school with students who need extra support.

The perfect candidate will have working experience or life experience to be able to guide and coach the children in making better choices when it comes to their behaviour. You will be working as part of a fantastic and supportive team.

Within this job role you will:

• Be comfortable mentoring children with additional needs
• Have experience working with SEN
• Be comfortable working with individuals who suffer with their mental health
• Be able to reinforce boundaries whilst praising good behaviour
