Aspire People Limited is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant based in Witton to support phonics and KS1 interventions.

The role starts in October and runs through July 2027, with potential for extension if the school is a good fit.

You will help track pupil progress, support the class teacher, and contribute to an Ofsted-focused school, in a small, supportive team that values each child’s learning and self-esteem.
