We're looking for a compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing challenging behaviour, building positive relationships and supporting pupils to reach their full potential.

Requirements:
  • Experience supporting children with SEMH
  • Calm, patient and resilient approach
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
