Key Responsibilities
As the HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school\βs HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing staff recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and onboarding
- Processing pre-employment checks such as DBS, references, right-to-work, and safeguarding documentation
- Maintaining accurate staff records and updating the school\βs HR and MIS systems
- Supporting with staff absences, leave requests, and attendance monitoring
- Assisting with payroll preparation and liaising with external payroll providers
- Supporting performance management processes, training records, and staff CPD bookβ¦
