CALLING ALL PRIMARY SCHOOL HLTA'S!Are you a passionate and motivated High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to take the next step in your education career? We're seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join welcoming schools across Atherstone, Warwickshire. Be part of an opportunity where every day brings the chance to make a real impact in young people's lives.WHY CHOOSE THIS ROLE?This role can consist of exciting duties such as:Specialist Support (if applicable) Delivering interventions in literacy, numeracy, or special educational needs. Using specialist skills (e.g., ICT, EAL support, speech and language programs) to enhance learning.Professional Development and Collaboration Liaising with parents, teachers, and other professionals (e.g., SENCOs, therapists). Attending staff meetings and training sessions. Acting as a role model for other TAs and sometimes mentoring junior support staff.Pastoral Support Providing emotional support and encouragement to pupils. Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour. Supporting pupils with personal, social, or emotional challenges.________________________________________ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE: HLTA qualification (essential). Strong behaviour management skills. A minimum of 2 years' UK HLTA experience. Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training). An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
