Are you a qualified teacher or leader with extensive SEN/SEMH and management experience? Perhaps you are looking for a permanent post in a specialist secondary school? I am working with a trust who are looking to appoint a Head of School for their specialist SEN/SEMH setting, starting in September.
Head of School | The Role:
- You will be responsible for leading the behaviour team.
- Support the team to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
- Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
- Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement.
Head of School | About you:
- Must have QTS or NPQSEN.
- Have extensive leadership experience within SEND and inclusion.
- Fair but firm approach.
- Understand the expectations and strategic nature of the role.

- Permanent role.
