The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.

Aspire People Limited is partnering with a trust to appoint a Head of School for a specialist SEN/SEMH setting, starting in September.

You will lead the behaviour team and collaborate with therapists and parents to secure the best outcomes for pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs.

Must have QTS or NPQ SEN and extensive leadership experience within SEND. You will monitor progress, maintain records, and promote inclusion with a fair but firm approach.
