Aspire People Limited are seeking a SEND 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join our schools in Grantham.

This full-time role runs 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, supporting children with additional needs in the classroom.

You will work closely with SENCO and support staff to design learning schemes, adapt resources for individual learning styles, promote independence, and set targets to boost confidence.

A solid knowledge of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioral disorders is important, with safeguarding
