The Role
- Provide 1:1/group and in class support, assisting those with SEMH needs
- Engage, motivate, and manage a full classroom of students
- Apply and follow school behaviour management policies
- Permanent position, interviewing ASAP
- Start in September 2026
- 24k annually, term time only

Requirements
- School experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience working with SEN/SEMH needs would also be beneficial
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- References covering the last 2 years
- Right to work in the UK
