Aspire People Limited is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to support students with Education, Health and Care Plans across two sites.
This term-time role (minimum 30 hours/week over 39 weeks) leads the EHCP Annual Review process and ensures bespoke support is in place from start to finish.
You will liaise with students, parents and staff, maintain accurate records in MIS systems such as Pro Solutions and Pro-Monitor, and coordinate transitions and proactive safeguarding across the learning provision.
