Do you love working with young children and have a genuine passion for Early Years education? We're seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in North Stafford. In this role, you'll be at the heart of children's early educational experiences, supporting them as they develop vital foundational skills that will set them up for life.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering activities to develop children's skills in literacy, numeracy, and socialisation.
- Support children's learning through play, creating a fun and engaging environment.
- Foster positive behaviour and encourage good communication and social skills in young learners.
- Help assess children's progress and provide support where necessary, especially for children who may need extra help.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children, ideally in an Early Years setting.

- Strong communication skills, both with children and adults.
