Aspire People Limited is seeking a Nursery Support Worker to provide individualized support and assistance to children within the Nursery setting located in the West Midlands, England. The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to create tailored lessons catering to each child's unique needs.

The role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of individual student needs. Candidates should possess a Level 2/3 Childcare qualification and have previous nursery experience.

A referral bonus of £250 is also available for recommended candidates.
