Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of additional needs.
- Support learners with conditions including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), ADHD and other complex needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that enables learners to achieve their full potential.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching children with SEND, in specialist or mainstream settings.
- Patient, adaptable and compassionate approach.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
