We are Aspire People, working in partnership with local schools in Coalville to support children with special educational needs (SEN). Our mission is to create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team starting September 2026. You will work with SEN-aged children, providing hands-on support to help them engage with learning and develop essential skills. This role is perfect for graduates wanting practical experience while making a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
- Support children with SEN in developing academic, social, and emotional skills.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Requirements:
