Job Overview
Aspire People are currently recruiting healthcare teaching assistants to work in a special needs school located in Boston. The school caters for students in KS1 and KS2.
- Key Details
- Start in September with a rolling contract.
- Flexible hours Monday to Friday 8:30-15:30.
- Long‑term contract with option to go permanent.
- Pay rate up to £107 per day.
Responsibilities
- Work one-to-one with students.
- Work with a number of assistants and collaborate with the class teacher.
- Develop social and cognitive development of students.
- Supportive senior leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience working in the care sector and interest in utilizing those skills within education.
