Aspire People are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Quinton (B32). The Role
- Full-time Year 4 class teacher
- Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Assessing, monitoring and supporting pupil progress
- Creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment
- Working closely with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Is passionate about raising attainment and supporting every child's individual needs
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable (or willingness to obtain one)
