Aspire People are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Druids Heath. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a one-form entry Year 3 class and play a key role in supporting pupils as they continue their journey through Key Stage 2.

The Role
- Full‑time Year 3 Teacher position
- Teaching a class of 32 pupils
- Full responsibility for planning, preparation, assessment, and marking
- Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Tracking pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leaders
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
