I am currently recruiting for a school in Four Oaks who are looking to appoint an experienced 1-1 Teaching Assistant. This job is to start as soon as possible and will finish at the end of the academic year, with a chance of going permanent for the right candidate.
This role will be a 1-1 support role with a child at Key Stage 2 level; you will be working with one child in a full class capacity to ensure they remain focused and get the attention and support necessary to help them progress within their school life.
The role is based at a lovely school with a friendly environment, they have structure and an EHCP in place and have a solid SENdCO in school to ensure support is provided and new ideas are put forward to follow the child's progress.
