Full-Time Teaching Assistant (TA) - B14 Area Start ASAP

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the B28 area on a full-time, long-term basis, with an immediate start.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils across the classroom environment
  • Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions where required
  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
  • Assisting with classroom resources and daily routines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
  • Positive, patient, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to work in the UK
