Full-Time Teaching Assistant (TA) - B14 Area Start ASAP
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the B28 area on a full-time, long-term basis, with an immediate start.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils across the classroom environment
- Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions where required
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Assisting with classroom resources and daily routines
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
- Positive, patient, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
