The Role

  • As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1, ensuring all pupils are supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed.
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assessing, tracking, and monitoring pupil progress.
  • Adapting learning to meet the needs of all pupils.

  • Contributing to the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • A passion for helping children develop and succeed.
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
