You will have a dedicated consultant, Ann-Marie, who has worked for Aspire People for 19 years, meaning she has great relationships with all of our lovely, local schools.

- Skills and experience required for our Teaching Assistant jobs:
- Level 2 + Teaching Assistant Qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable)
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one to one basis
- Experience of MAKATON is preferable but not essential
- Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years
