Are you an energetic and enthusiastic Sports Coach looking for a rewarding role in a primary school? Aspire People is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school for a passionate Primary Sports Coach to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young learners through high-quality PE lessons and promote the importance of physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles.

The successful candidate will lead engaging PE sessions across the primary age range every Wednesday and Friday, encouraging pupils of all abilities to participate, develop new skills, and enjoy being active.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across the primary age range.
  • Promote teamwork, resilience, confidence, and sportsmanship.
  • Adapt activities to ensure all pupils can participate and succeed.
  • Create a fun, safe, and positive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support the school's PE curriculum.
  • Encourage pupils to develop healthy and active lifestyles.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience coaching or teaching sport to primary-aged children.
  • A recognised sports coaching or physical education qualification is desirable.
  • Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and motivating approach.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • A genuine passion for inspiring children through sport and physical activity.
