Recruiting through Aspire People for an experienced and dedicated SENDCo / Assistant Headteacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in the B16 area starting September 2026. The Role
- Lead and manage SEND provision across the school
- Support the strategic leadership team as Assistant Headteacher
- Ensure pupils with additional needs receive outstanding support
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
- Monitor progress, interventions, and EHCP provision
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- SENDCo qualification or relevant leadership experience
- Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for inclusive education and pupil achievement
