SEN Teaching Assistant - North & Central Birmingham
Location: North & Central Birmingham
Hours: Full-time / Day-to-day supply
Contract: permanent/ Temporary, with potential for longer-term roles
Aspire People are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work across specialist schools and SEND settings in North and Central Birmingham.
You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD and complex needs, providing classroom support, 1:1 and small-group assistance, and helping pupils access their learning.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification OR Level 3 Health & Social Care
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND
- Confident supporting pupils with additional needs
- Patient, caring and adaptable approach
- Able to work across North & Central Birmingham
