Aspire People Limited is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Birmingham.

The role is full-time, term-time only, starting September 2026 (or ASAP).

You will support children with SEN to help them reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, work with the class teacher and SENCO, and assist with communication and social development while promoting safeguarding and positive behaviour.
