Aspire People Limited is seeking a dedicated Reception SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly Birmingham school.

You will support a Reception-aged child with additional needs and help implement EHCP targets.

The role requires experience with SEN, Paediatric First Aid, and a nurturing, communicative approach.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents and external professionals to create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Term-time role with five days per week.
