We're looking for caring, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our growing team of supply staff.

With assignments available throughout the week, you'll enjoy the freedom to create a schedule that works for you while making a real difference to children's learning and development.

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play and everyday activities.
  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Meet children's individual care and developmental needs.
  • Observe, monitor and record children's progress where required.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and nursery colleagues.
  • Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

What We're Looking For

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (preferred).
  • Paediatric First Aid certification, or a willingness to complete a two-day First Aid training course.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
  • Flexibility and confidence to adapt to different nursery settings.
