Aspire People Limited is recruiting for a kind, bubbly Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school's KS1 Resource Base in Moseley, Birmingham. The role supports children with additional needs, some non-verbal, helping with communication, learning, social development and emotional wellbeing.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and support staff, bringing patience, warmth and a calm, energetic approach to help children access activities and the wider community.
