- What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children throughout their daily routines, play, and learning experiences.
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
- Meeting children’s care needs while encouraging their learning and development.
- Observing children’s progress and working collaboratively with nursery teams.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards.
What We're Looking For
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Early Years (desirable).
- Paediatric First Aid certification, or a willingness to complete a two-day First Aid training course.
- A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
- A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different nursery settings.
