Aspire People Limited are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with a Reception pupil in a South Birmingham school. The role requires a Level 3 qualification and experience supporting children with SEN, including autism, to help them access the curriculum and achieve their targets.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with the SENCO, leadership team and parents, maintain accurate IEP records, and stay motivated to help the child thrive.
