Maths Teacher - SEMH School
Location: Bedford (MK44)
Pay: £150 - £232 per day (DOE)

Aspire People are recruiting for an SEN Maths Teacher to join a supportive SEMH school in Bedford working with pupils aged 7-19. This role is ideal for teachers who want smaller classes, a more personalised approach, and the chance to truly re-engage students with education.
The Role
- Deliver and adapt Maths lessons (around KS2 level)
- Support pupils with SEMH needs
- Manage behaviour with a calm, consistent approach
- Build strong relationships to improve engagement
What We're Looking For
- QTS or strong UK classroom experience (e.g. Cover Supervisor)
- Experience in primary or secondary settings
- Confidence teaching Maths as a main - open to other teaching opportunities e.g. PE
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Passion for supporting pupils outside mainstream education
