Cover Supervisors Needed for a September Start – Caerphilly
Pay Rate: From £120+ per day (depending on experience).
We are working with a number of welcoming and supportive schools across Caerphilly seeking reliable Cover Supervisors to provide general classroom cover from September. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Teaching Assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, or anyone with experience working with young people. Assignments can vary from day-to-day cover across different schools, while strong candidates often secure long-term placements or contracted positions when schools find the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Supervising classes during teacher absences across a range of subjects
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring pupils remain on task
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
