Aspire People Limited is looking for a recent Psychology or core-subject graduate to kickstart a career in education.

You will support pupils across KS3–KS4, provide 1:1 SEND assistance, and help cover lessons as needed.

You'll lead or assist with small group interventions, foster positive behaviour, and collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to build an inclusive learning environment for pupils throughout a full academic year.
