Are you an experienced Administrator with a background working in a school environment or similar? Aspire People are currently recruiting for School Administrators to work in a busy School environment. It is advantageous that applicants have some school administration experience and be proficient on SIMS or ARBOR. However, applicants with strong administration experience in a similar sector will also be considered, but you must have the drive and enthusiasm to learn new skills and be able to adapt quickly. You must also be willing to work on a temporary basis and work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the School year, which run for varying lengths of time. There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools, although this is not guaranteed.

As a School Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Inputting details onto SIMS/ARBOR
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Typing of letters and memos
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Dealing with parents and pupils

You must be:

  • Proactive

  • Used to working to strict deadlines
  • Not afraid to take on new tasks
  • Able to multi-task
  • Outgoing and have a friendly personality
