ALN Teaching Assistant

A primary school just north of Newport are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with their pupils, a number of whom have ASD. In a recent inspection, the school was described as '...happy and caring...with a focus on pupils well-being and standards of achievement.'

Your role will include:

  • Working closely with class teachers
  • Working 1 to 1
  • Taking groups of pupils
  • Having a full and active part in school life

Ideally you will have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent) qualification and experience of working with pupils with ASD.
