- The Ideal Candidate
- Previous school administration experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using IT systems and databases (e. g. SIMS, Arbor or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with staff, students, and parents
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced school environment
