Aspire People are working in partnership with a secondary school with a sixth form in Cardiff to recruit a qualified A-Level Psychology Teacher for a September start. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver Psychology at post-16 level within a supportive and academically focused environment.
The Role:
- Teaching A-Level Psychology to Key Stage 5 students
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the specification
- Assessing student progress and providing effective feedback
- Contributing to exam preparation and student outcomes
- Working collaboratively within the sixth form and humanities/social sciences team
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified teacher with experience teaching A-Level Psychology
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence delivering exam-based content
- Ability to motivate and inspire post-16 learners
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Committed to raising standards and supporting student progress
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
