Aspire People Limited is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a school located in Spilsby, Lincolnshire. This full-time role is temporary to permanent, starting immediately, with working hours from 08:30 to 15:30.
The ideal candidate will work closely with students who have various learning difficulties and will be responsible for promoting inclusion and creating a safe learning environment, while also de-escalating challenging behaviours.
