Aspire People is recruiting confident, resilient and engaging individuals to support pupils within Primary Schools across Wythenshawe. These schools have a high number of vulnerable pupils, many of whom require positive role models who can build relationships, inspire confidence and help them re-engage with learning. This isn't a PE role. Instead, you'll use your coaching, communication and relationship-building skills to support children inside the classroom, helping them develop emotionally, socially and academically. The Role Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you'll support pupils who may: *Have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. *Display behaviours that challenge. *Be disengaged from learning. *Need support regulating their emotions. *Lack confidence or positive role models. You'll help children feel safe, engaged and ready to learn by building positive relationships, encouraging resilience and celebrating success-both inside and outside the classroom.
