SEN Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs & Personal Care

Aspire People are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across specialist SEND schools.

You'll be working with children and young people with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, SEMH and complex needs.

Some roles will involve personal care, medical needs and physical support, so candidates must be comfortable with this aspect of the role.

We're looking for

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification OR
Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification OR
Relevant transferable experience in care, residential settings, support work, youth work or similar
Experience supporting individuals with additional needs is desirable
A patient, caring and adaptable approach
Comfortable supporting with personal care and complex needs

This is a great opportunity for experienced TAs and those from care or support backgrounds looking to move into a specialist school environment.
