These settings require staff who are confident supporting pupils who may present with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, Autism and other complex learning needs. The successful candidates will be able to remain calm under pressure, establish clear boundaries and build trusting relationships with pupils who may need additional support to regulate their emotions and engage in education.
