Essential: Level 2/3 TA qualification OR Level 3 Health Social Care Experience working with children or young people Understanding of SEND and/or challenging behaviour Confident and consistent approach Reliable and available for full-time work Experience from residential care, youth work, sports coaching, security, education or other people-focused environments may also be relevant alongside the required qualification.
