We are seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Scunthorpe (DN15) area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.
    - Assist the class teacher in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials to accommodate various learning styles.
    - Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, promoting confidence and independence among students.
    - Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential.

Passion and willingness to learn are valued!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable).
