Aspire People are currently recruiting QTS-qualified Primary Supply Teachers to work with a range of primary schools across the county. Whether you're looking to work every day, a few days a week or simply pick up work around your existing commitments, supply teaching gives you the flexibility to choose when you work.
The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2
- Follow school lesson plans and curriculum requirements
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support pupils with their learning and development
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils and school staff
- Adapt quickly to different schools and year groups
- Maintain high standards of teaching and classroom management
We're Looking For
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have previous experience working with children
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Be confident managing a classroom independently
- Have strong behaviour management skills
- Be adaptable and comfortable working in different school environments
- Be reliable, professional and enthusiastic about teaching
