The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
  • Working effectively with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff
  • Following school policies, routines, and safeguarding procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Recent experience teaching within a primary school
  • Confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management
  • Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
  • Able to adapt quickly to different school environments
  • Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
  • Passionate about pupil progress and creating positive learning experiences
