Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in education? Aspire People are currently recruiting a KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with schools in Kidderminster. We are looking for someone who can provide consistent, positive support to pupils with additional needs and help them make progress both inside and outside the classroom.
Your role may involve:
- Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis
- Supporting small groups during lessons
- Assisting children with additional learning needs
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Supporting classroom routines
- Working closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
- SEN experience
- A patient and understanding approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to work across different school settings
- Good availability and flexibility
- The ability to travel to assignments
Rate: £93-£110 per day. This is daily temporary work, perfect for candidates looking for flexible education work and the opportunity to experience different schools.
