Aspire People are currently recruiting Qualified Teaching Assistants to join our supply and bank staff team, supporting a range of primary, secondary and specialist SEN schools.

The Role
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
* Assist pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing.
* Support children with additional learning needs and SEN where required.
* Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Encourage pupil participation, confidence and independence.
* Adapt to different classroom environments and school settings.
The Ideal Candidate
* Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Have previous experience working within a school or educational setting.
* Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* Are reliable, flexible and enthusiastic.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Can use their initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
* Are confident supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs.
