Full-Time Teaching Assistant (TA) - B28 Area | Start ASAP | Aspire People

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the B28 area on a full-time, long-term basis, with an immediate start.

The Role:

Supporting pupils across the classroom environment
Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development
Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions where required
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
Assisting with classroom resources and daily routines

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
Positive, patient, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK
