Are you an Office Manager looking for work in a school environment?

It is MANDATORY that applicants have some school Office Manager experience and be proficient on SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM.

You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm.
This is a full time role throughout the school year and there may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the school you work at, although this is not guaranteed.

As a School Office Manager your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
·Demonstrate previous administrative experience
·Communicate effectively with parents, pupils, visitors and staff
·Remain calm and positive under pressure
·Demonstrate a good working knowledge of a management information system (e.g. SAMpeople, Arbor)
·Be responsible for all aspects of pupil data management and statistical returns, e.g. Admissions, Pupil Census, Free School Meal Administration etc.
·Work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
·Show excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
·Be reliable
·Use initiative to support the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Academy
·Be responsible for Schools Meals Records and debt management

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
